It all started in our kitchen…
A father searching for a better afternoon snack for his three daughters: fruity paletas made with real ingredients and no refined sugar.
Kids are the harshest critics. These three were no exception. Batch after batch, flavor after flavor, until one day something clicked. Luna looked up and said: “Dad, you should sell these”.
Those simple words turned a family kitchen experiment into the beginning of LA Paleta. So when you see “by Luna” under our logo, it’s a little tribute to our young entrepreneur, and the moment that started it all.
